The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
