Bar bender and fixer • Nagaur, State of Rajasthan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Nagaur, State of Rajasthan. You will work at a high-rise construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift Ideally you have able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
