Fusing press operator • District Etawah, Uttar Pradesh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in District Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a garment export house. Your main tasks: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots We are looking for sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings; aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep; able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
