Powder coating sprayer wanted in Pulwama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Pulwama, State of Jammu and Kashmir. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
