Moulder wanted in Khordha

Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Khordha, State of Odisha. You will be based in the melting bay of a steel foundry. You should bring basic grinding and fettling skills; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding; keen eye for casting defects during inspection. On the job you will handle: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
