Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Hingoli, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a coffee shop. You should bring good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). 5+ years on the tools preferred.
