Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jashpur, State of Chhattisgarh. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
