Banquet server — East Delhi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in East Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You should bring ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
