We are looking for sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles; sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness; ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams. On the job you will handle: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
