Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; food handler / hygiene certificate. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
