We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bankura, West Bengal. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time with occasional weekends.
