You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
