Urgent requirement: trainee butcher (State of Maharashtra)

Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Solapur, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. We are looking for able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
