The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. You should bring keen attention to detail and a steady hand; physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods; good eye for colour matching and blending.
