Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Narayanpur, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. We are looking for good depth perception and hand-eye coordination; understanding of hand and radio signals. Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹18,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
