Catering cook wanted in District Banda

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. We are looking for familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure.
