Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. We are looking for comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
