Steel fixing chargehand • Sangli, State of Maharashtra

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Sangli, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. Ideally you have willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates; proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites. 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₹35,000 per month plus benefits. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
