The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
