Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Durg, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection On the job you will handle: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) Part-time with flexible hours.
