Restaurant steward — Bilaspur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Bilaspur, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is in a coffee shop. The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Ideally you have basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change; clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner; prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
