Elevator repair technician — Kulgam

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Kulgam, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. You will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. You should bring working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards; comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways. Part-time with flexible hours.
