Urgent requirement: powder coater (State of Andhra Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Nellore, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work on an industrial coating line. You should bring knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; willing to work shifts and overtime; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Pay around ₹1,450 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
