Immediate opening: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Gadag, State of Karnataka. You will work at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads You should bring confident with standard crane hand signals; willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather; valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹160 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
