Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Vishakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
