Canteen cook wanted in Lepa Rada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lepa Rada, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should bring able to read and follow recipes and dockets; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₹14,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time with occasional weekends.
