Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Cooch Behar District, West Bengal. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
