Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ramanagara, State of Karnataka. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request We are looking for able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
