Bread and bun maker — Ahmadnagar

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ahmadnagar, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should bring familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to work early-morning and night shifts.
