We are recruiting: prep cook (State of Punjab)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, State of Punjab. You should bring willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Rotating shifts.
