Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Full-time, day shift.
