Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Jaisalmer, State of Rajasthan. On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Rotating shifts.
