You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
