Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Purba Champaran, State of Bihar. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You should bring valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves); physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Pay around ₹240 per hour, based on your experience.
