Great opportunity: moulder (State of Rajasthan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Sikar, State of Rajasthan. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Ideally you have understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards. Day to day you will assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Contact us to fix an interview.
