Grill cook wanted in Kollam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Kollam, State of Kerala. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
