Counter butcher — Bulandshahr

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts.
