Urgent requirement: bread baker (State of Maharashtra)

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Chandrapur, State of Maharashtra. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
