Urgent requirement: steel erection rigger (West Bengal)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. You will be based at a power plant. We are looking for physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles; willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather. Your main tasks: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
