Powder coating technician • Kiphire, State of Nagaland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kiphire, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹190 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
