Waitress — Srinagar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Srinagar, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based in a five-star hotel. You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should bring basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
