Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
