Horizontal milling machine operator — Alluri Sitharama Raju

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Alluri Sitharama Raju, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is in a toolroom. The role involves deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Ideally you have safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery; experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
