On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer ₹1,800 per day plus benefits.
