Day to day you will collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; meet daily and monthly sales targets; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Ready to travel across the assigned territory • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge 2+ years on the tools preferred.
