Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Belgaum, State of Karnataka. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
