We are recruiting: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Kalimpong, West Bengal. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents The role involves: • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings Performance bonus on top of base pay.
