Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On the job you will handle: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
