Domestic gas engineer — Aurangabad

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Aurangabad, State of Bihar. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches On the job you will handle: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
