Join our team: we are hiring a foundry operative in Munger, State of Bihar. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. Your main tasks: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Ideally you have willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
